Lead Times

Please note that the majority of items ship directly from the manufacturer/supplier. If you order multiple items, there may be different arrival dates for each item. Since each item and manufacturer will have different shipping and lead times we will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to give you an approximate arrival date. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can keep up to date on its location and arrival date. Larger items will have a longer lead time than smaller items, as they will have to ship via freight carrier. Please note that orders with multiple items may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates.

Shipping Info

Many of our smaller Items are shipped via FedEx/Purolator or Canada Post. Larger items that are considered oversize may be shipped with a freight carrier. For freight shipping, you will be contacted 1-2 days prior to delivery with a delivery time. It is important to note that furniture deliveries are CURBSIDE, meaning that the delivery person does not enter your home or assemble any furniture.

Local & Curbside Pickup

If you are local and want a FREE option, choose Local pickup. We'll contact you when your order is ready & you can pick it up at our warehouse at 201 Brownlow Avenue, Unit 16 Dartmouth, NS.

Stock

We do our best to list in-stock items on our site, but in the instance that an out of stock item is on our site and you purchase it we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival.
