We currently only ship within Canada

Yes if you are local to Nova Scotia, you can pickup your order from our warehouse in Dartmouth. Located at 201 Brownlow Avenue, Unit 16.

Many of our smaller items will ship out within 3-4 business days and can take up to 3 weeks to reach your door. The larger items will either ship directly from the manufacturer or ship to our warehouse and then we will ship them out to you, so timelines may vary. We will contact you within 2-3 business days of placing your order to give you an approximate arrival date. If you have any questions prior to ordering don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes, as soon as we receive any tracking information from our manufacturers, we will reach out to provide that to you.

We source products from multiple suppliers and some items may have the same name. To prevent confusion, we will often rename products to ensure they are unique to us.

We strive to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition but sometimes packages can get damaged in the shipping process. If your item is being delivered with an oversized carrier, please be sure to thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery and note any damages or defects on the receipt with the carrier. You must notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we cannot accept a return.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.  Products must be re-sellable, returned in the original packaging and state. Lighting fixtures that have been installed or have had their wires cut are not eligible for a refund. Sofas and furniture over 50 lbs are considered final sale except in the event that the product was received with severe defects. Any custom orders, floor models and clearance items are considered final sale. You will be responsible for any applicable delivery fees and any initial shipping and freight costs are non-refundable will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

In order to exchange, items must be returned and then reordered. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Send an email to info@theguesthousefurniture.com to start your return and exchange.
