Return Policy
We know you’ll love our curated collection of decor and furniture, and we also understand if you need to make a return.
Decor, plug in lighting, and furniture (under $500) must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in brand new condition, with proof of purchase. Returning an item is at your own risk and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect.
Hardwired lighting, textiles (such as bedding or towels), personal hygene products (such as soaps or lotions), and furniture over $500 can not be returned and therefore in also not exchangeable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. If damaged, defective or incorrect, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please inspect your products and either refuse delivery if damaged or contact us right away. In some cases, a restocking fee of 25% and return shipping cost is assessed on returned or canceled items. Beginning a Return
- In order to return an item, please email info@theguesthousefurniture.com with the subject line: RETURN - (ORDER NUMBER) In the body of the email, please indicate which item you would like to return, the reason for your return and any photos of any defects, damages or anything else relevant.
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email detailing where to send your return.
3. Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
4. Returns will be credited back using the original payment method, unless store credit is requested, Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
*Please note that at this time we do not offer return shipping labels and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, return shipping is your responsibility and the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Keep in mind that actual shipping costs will often be much higher than what we charge customers, so it is recommended that you get an estimate from your freight carrier of choice before shipping. Please email us at info@theguesthousefurniture.com prior to shipping for return approval. Please do not ship your items back to our store without pre-approval as we will need to review and indicate the appropriate facility in which it will need to be sent to.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has been shipped out already, shipping is considered non-refundable and you may also be required to incur the cost of having to receive the item and ship it back if we are unable to reroute the item during transit. If your item is unshipped and on back order your items can be cancelled without issue.
Exchange
In order to exchange, item must be returned and then reordered.
Sale Items
Please note that final sale and clearance items are final sale. These items are identified by being in our sale section and/or items purchased during a warehouse or sidewalk sale.
